Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund or Cancellation is only possible, when order is in processing stage (before the order is shipped).
We offer a 15 days exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all tags intact.
All items must pass a quality inspection upon return before a refund or exchange is initiated.
Important Guidelines:
Exchanges are allowed only once per product and are subject to stock availability.
Items purchased under Clearance Sales, Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO), Flash Discounts, or Promotional Campaigns with free products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and must return the originally received product to the provided address. Once the returned item is received and verified—with all original tags attached—the product in the requested size will be shipped to the customer.

Instructions:
Mention your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number clearly on the package.
Share the courier receipt/docket number with our support team.
We recommend using Speed Post (India Post) for reliable service.
Refund Process.
Refund will be processed as credits, and these Store credits will be given to your email address.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified (change address, phone number, product variant, etc.) only before dispatch.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos, and
Unpacking video showing intact parcel and label
If your parcel appears tampered or damaged on delivery, please refuse to accept it.

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen/device settings.
Any payment or cashback issues through third-party providers (like Razorpay, PhonePe, PayTM) must be resolved through them directly.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the parcel is not received, please contact us within 24 hours.

We offer free shipping on some products and multiple pincodes in India, with some being an exception and will be mentioned on checkout. Our goal is to make fashion accessible across all of Bharat.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays/public holidays).
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email upon dispatch.
Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries shall be reattempted but failure to accept on multiple occasions shall lead to the product being returned back to the brand.
