1. Service Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns in India. Rural or remote deliveries may take slightly longer. At this time, we do not offer international shipping via the Site. For global inquiries, contact our support team.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days, also During festivals, flash sales, or natural calamities.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can monitor your order’s progress through our delivery partner’s portal.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-response, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide order details and photographs so we can assist promptly.
